My name's Klára and I work in Soho's Dram Bar, welcome to my website. If you are currently drinking Grounded, then amazing! If you're here after you've visited Dram, then welcome back! I created this online space for anyone who's found themselves interested in protection of our soil. In the past 150 years, humans have destroyed about a half of top soil on Earth. And according to United Nations, if nothing changes, we only have 60 years left before we run out of soil. Food, oxygen, and everything else soil provides is therefore at risk. But don't panic! Whether you're a bartender or a drinks-consumer, here you'll find some useful tips and easy-to-digest information, which can really make a difference, and help you start your own soil-saving journey!
